Specific reason for increasing cost
cost of scheme is exceeding due to new pipeline is proposed in Saman Katra whre population is increasing rapidly due to main market and Saman bird sanctuary. more than 400 new houses are built in this area which were not covered in original scheme.in saman zone AC pipe is damaged due to construction of new roads near campus and in 2nd zone Solar panels are theft and damaged due to which this scheme is become non functional.
