Specific reason for increasing cost
1. Total existing pipeline of scheme is 0 km with respect to the requirement of 13.8 km as per present survey of OMIL to make the scheme fully functional.
2. Road dismantling & restoration of the 6.26 km required for pipe laying & new HSC.
3. Total existing FHTC found at site 295 with respect to the required 480 Household as per the present OMIL survey out of 480 FHTC, 148 FHTC are damaged condition need to repair. also, no of 185 new HSC is required to the fully functional.
4. Existing pipe line designed for 4kg/cm2,working pressure as per old DPR
