Specific reason for increasing cost
1. Total existing pipeline of scheme is 10.36 km with respect to the requirement of 18.07 km as per present survey of OMIL to make the scheme fully functional.
2. Road dismantling & restoration of the 5.50 km required for pipe laying & new HSC.
3. Total existing FHTC found at site 482 with respect to the required 688 Household as per the present OMIL survey out of 688 FHTC, 89 FHTC are damaged condition need to repair. also, no of 206 new HSC is required to the fully functional.
4. Existing pipe line designed for 4kg/cm2,working pressure as per old DPR
