Specific reason for increasing cost
1. Total existing pipeline of scheme is 12.75 km with respect to the requirement of 18.37 km as per present survey of OMIL to make the scheme fully functional.
2. Road dismantling & restoration of the 2.69 km required for pipe laying & new HSC.
3. Total existing FHTC found at site 268 with respect to the required 350 Household as per the present OMIL survey out of 268 FHTC, 100 FHTC are damaged condition need to repair. also, no of 82 new HSC is required to the fully functional.
