Specific reason for increasing cost
Under the Jaganathpur Water Supply Scheme, Block Aurai, water supply to the villages of Derawa, Misirpur Uparwar, Basupur Uparwar, Mulapur Uparwar, Dewkli, Chak Newaji, and Chandrapura, covering approximately 465 households, has been disrupted due to choked sections of the existing pipeline and damage caused during road widening works.To restore and improve the water supply, a total pipeline length of 2150 meters has been proposed, which includes:Replacement of damaged sections of the existing pipeline along the road.Provision of new connections for recently constructed houses.Replacement and rehabilitation of choked portions of the pipeline.The necessity of undertaking these additional works—namely repairing damaged pipelines, providing new household connections, and rehabilitating choked
