Specific reason for increasing cost
1. Existing 4 kg/cc sqm PVC pipe line are old and need to replacement. 2. Old tubewell is not in healthy conditions. 3. Higher quantity of E&M equipment required due to unhealthy condition of old infra structure. 4. Some areas of this scheme had no pipe line earlier and are newly proposed. 5. Previous Gram Panchayat O&M led to many Non-Functional or damaged FHTCs. 6. Survey indicates need for new FHTCs. 7. Pump house repair required. 8. Over head tank need essential maintenance. 9. Pipeline damaged during road works need to relocation. 10. Large Network Length due to scheme size. 11. Some areas of this scheme currently not receiving water require new hydraulic based pipe line. 12. Geographically dispersed village increase construction complexity.
